Each of our 15-minute discovery calls is designed to help us gain a solid understanding of the position you would like to fill, the qualifications and responsibilities associated with it and what the vision is for your company. We ask the right questions to get to the heart of your company culture and what kind of people are a good fit for your teams and your organization. We also share sample submittals so you can feel confident with the attention to detail that we put into each placement.

We use our deep bench of connections along with several powerful tools to find hundreds of potential candidates that match your qualifications and requirements. We review each of these matches individually and begin to filter only those candidates that meet your criteria to ensure that we do not waste our time with the wrong hire. After completing this filtering process, we are ready to begin connecting with our candidates.

At this stage we cast a wide net and reach out to hundreds of candidates that fit your criteria. We monitor responses closely and use this opportunity to gauge interest, create a solid pool of candidates and begin scheduling interviews. This important step narrows the field from several hundred candidates to a few dozen interested and qualified candidates that we carefully screen to create a shortlist.

SCREEN

We schedule 15-minute interviews with interested and qualified candidates that have responded so we can get to know them and see if they are a good fit for the needs of your teams and the culture of your organization. Candidates are narrowed down to a shortlist and we schedule longer, in-depth follow-up interviews with our final candidates.

FINALIZE

We conduct a 1-hour executive interview with each of our shortlist candidates to create a list of 2-3 finalists that we feel confident presenting to you as qualified options to fill your open positions. During this interview, we take extensive notes to provide you with a detailed description of the candidate's ability to do the job, their personality and temperament, ability to build rapport, solve problems and their understanding of your culture and ability to fit within your organization.
